Refunds & Returns Policy for Customers in New Zealand and Australia

Please note that we reserve the right to decline refund or replacement requests for change-of-mind purchases, so we advise you to make your selections carefully.

Consumer Guarantees Act (New Zealand)

In compliance with the Consumer Guarantees Act 1993 (NZ), if the product you purchased is faulty, we will remedy the situation accordingly.

Australian Consumer Law

We strive to adhere to all aspects of the Australian Consumer Law. Any inadvertent deviations from these regulations are unintentional, and we are committed to promptly rectifying them upon notification.
To assist us in processing product or order claims, we may request the following information:
- Order number
- Contact details
- Product details (name, size, batch number, expiry date)
- Description of issue/complaint
- Photo of the product
- Failure to provide this information may hinder the processing of your claim.
All product claims or requests for replacement or refund must be reported within a reasonable time after delivery, preferably including the relevant order or invoice number. Products with specified expiry dates will not be accepted for return or exchange if dispatched at least 14 days before the expiry date
All claims undergo investigation before a refund or replacement is granted. Returned products must remain undamaged after delivery and should be sent back as soon as possible. Please handle your products with care during inspection.
Upon receipt of returned products, we will inspect them. If eligible for a refund, we will reimburse the item's price, including delivery costs, typically within 7 working days of receiving a cancelled order, and no later than 30 days after receipt. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase.
